Water is one of the most important factors when it comes to keeping your face blemish free. If you want healthy skin, it is recommended that you consume a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking more water everyday with your meals might just be what you need in order to achieve fresh looking skin.

Another helpful tip for getting rid of blemishes is to include lots of fruit in your diet. People tend to eat too much unhealthy foods. A diet filled with junk food could be one of the reasons for having unclear skin. Eating a little fruit as a snack a couple of times a day can help decrease the causes of facial pumps. While your eating more fruits, you should also try eating more vegetables.

Not consuming enough vitamins could be another reason for your acne. Some people don't like taking vitamins but if the body doesn't get the vitamins it needs, it can slowly start to show. It is suggested that you take a healthy multivitamin and use as directed in order to help your skin.

You don't always have to turn to the pharmacy for your blemish fighting needs. There are things at home that you can use all on your own to help your skin. For instance, oatmeal can be used as a mask on you face to clear your skin and you can also add it to your bath water. Baking soda can also be used on your face as a way to help shed that old skin.

Don't be afraid to go out and try some of these natural ways to cure acne. They are all very simple and easy to do. Just changing your diet be adding more water, fruit and vegetables can help you in your fight against annoying acne and your work for clear skin.
