Acne can be a disturbing and embarrassing problem at any age, but it can be especially discouraging when you get it as an adult. Most teenagers figure that they will outgrow their acne eventually, which is why when blemishes happen to adults they are even more disappointed. After your acne has cleared, you should consider continuing to take wheatgrass juice for its many other health benefits.

You may be able to help cure your acne by taking certain vitamins and supplements. Acne can be cured by correcting the nutritional deficiencies that can cause it. Carrots and other foods are a good source of vitamin a, an important vitamin to take for acne. Zinc, which has antibacterial properties, is another one. Taking a zinc supplement is a good idea because it is important to get enough in your diet. Chronium can also be very helpful for skin conditions such as acne. Meeting all of your nutritional requirements is important as is avoiding unhealthy foods that can make your acne worse.

Healthy fats is just one way to treat acne. Healthy fats like fish oil are a great way of reducing the inflammation that causes your acne. If you are looking for foods that contain good levels of healthy Omega fats, you should try eating things like walnuts, cashews, avacados and almonds as well as foods that are cooked in olive oil. All the same, it is important to stay away from unhealthy fats like trans fats which are most commonly contained in hydrogenated oil and junk food. The type of fat you eat can greatly contribute to the condition of your skin and avoiding bad fats can very naturally help you clear up your acne naturally.
